3. What Makes you cut out for this job? Here is my very long schoolish essay.
Alright well, first Im gonna introduce myself, I'm Blue or GBG or GirlBlueGamer or Lulu, you know what any of those work. I personally feel as if you, jokersson are a great leader. I love to help people, lead people and handle stuff. The biggest staff role I have ever gotten was head mod. It was hard work, but it was fun work. I but tons of effort into my job as staff on Cookie Factions and I dealt with bans and hackers and many more. Ny point is I work hard for what I want to do or believe in. I see lots of potential in myself as a staff member and leader. And you jokersson will be a great mentor for me. I push myself to be a good leader and a great mentor. I know I'm not perfect or anything, but everyone has room to get better. I have lots of Ideas and lots of thoughts. I respect people on all servers and therefore I get respected. Becoming staff on this server will be great. As I have seen lots of illegal things happen (hacks and macros). I want to make the server better than it is although its great now, everything has room and time for improvement. We all do. Its actually one of the best servers I have ever been on. I have enjoyed playing on it and pvping on it, so fun and making friends on it and just hanging on a really cool server. I want to help, and not just can help. I am also a great builder. Thank you for your time
